38 green extra virgin olive oil from hand-picked unripe green olive fruit is
monovarietal, Hellenic extra virgin olive oil from Koroneiki variety, cold-extracted.
It is awaiting certification as οrganic by BIO HELLAS and P.D.O KALAMATA by ELGO DIMITRA.

It comes from the ‘Kampos Kiskira’ estate, which is situated at Velanidia-Fourtzi in the Kremmidia Messinia area.

The olives are hand-picked fresh, giving it a unique aroma and taste, enclosing all the anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties of the highest quality Hellenic extra virgin olive oil.

Harvest period for unripe olive fruit in ‘Kampos Kiskira’ estate: Late October to mid-November

Life stages of 38 green extra virgin olive oil:

Stage 1: November – February: Fresh, unripe, ‘Bright Green’
Stage 2: March – June: ripening, settling, ‘Olive Green’
Stage 3: July – October: mature, ‘Golden Green’

38 green extra virgin olive oil can be kept in perfect condition for at least 2 years from its production, if kept in a cool, dark place, properly sealed and in temperature below 28 °C
The ‘best before’ date is defined as the date that marks 18 months from production (not bottling)

For the November 2017 harvest and production run, the ‘best before’ date is set to May 15th, 2019
